These are from his  'Common Mistakes by Declarer' series

  
 

 

  
Remember the 'Rule of One' - leave the master trump outstanding
  Don't count trumps in rounds - think only about missing trumps
  
  Don't panic when left in 1NT - look for sequences
  
  When making extra tricks, don't FLAP - Think F, L & P
  
  Only delay drawing trumps, if you have a reason to.
Length is valuable in Trumps, as well as in no-Trumps
Always lead to the lowest trump entry in dummy
Normally, set up side-suit, before drawing trumps
Finish drawing trumps in the hand with length winners
